Disney World Part 2

Our 3rd day was spent at Universals Islands of Adventure. This was a must for the Super Heros for Corbin. (and I have been wanting to get to this park to see the Harry Potter World, it didn't disappoint)

 

The boys love the minions so were excited to see this blow up one right when we walked in. This was one of the first pictures Jack truly wanted to be in!

 

 

Corbin was all about hoping on the random things and taking pictures through out the park!

 

Before we could even get to the Super Hero area we ran into Woody Woodpecker. The boys have watched cartoons thanks to Netflix.

 

Once into the Super Hero land Corbin was a bit hesitant to meet the characters. So Chris willingly jumped in to help him out.

 

Although he refused to meet Wolverine (which is one of his favs). I think the actual claws scared him.

 

But Wolverine is a super cool guy and found us later to give Corbin a high five!

 

Captain America was a FAVORITE, by not just Corbin.

 

Isabella was in love!

 

And didn't want to leave. Captain America was just as shocked as we were, claiming the babies NEVER wanted to come to him! Belle has Captain America, I have Thor, who wasn't there :(

 

Next we moved into Jurassic Park Land, after a quick lunch in Toon Land.

 

 

And then onto Harry Potter World! As you can see Corbin was more than happy to jump in any photo, Jack didn't want to be in any and I wasn't about to take Belle out of the stroller all the time or she wouldn't get back in!

 

My first Butter Beer, and it was amazing!

Then onto Suessland! The boys goofing around.

After we left the park we had supper in Citywalk. Along the way there are several spots to take some photos. Again Corbs was all for jumping into them!



Disney World - Part 1

We just got back from our trip to Disney World. It was wonderful! Not only was the weather beautiful (temps in the 70-80s), I was once again part of a co-parenting relationship! We got to spend 7 full days in Orlando, 5 were spent at Disney parks, 1 was spent at Universal and we had 1 low key day at the resort.

 

We didn't arrive in Orlando until 10:00pm, we met up with Chris at the airport and went straight to the hotel. The first night we stayed at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort in a Pirate Themed Room. The boys and even Belle loved this! She kept trying to steer the bed.

 

 

We also got chosen to test the new Magicbands! All 5 of us LOVED them!

 

 

Our first day was spent at Animal Kingdom. The day was warm, but rainy, so  much better than snow. I did have to remind the boys of this fact several times through out the day! Jack caught a bug and wasn't feeling the best, but was a trooper anyway! Due to the rain, we saw more animals on the Kilimanjaro Safari ride than I have ever seen out! We made today a shorter day as we were all a little tired from the travel day the day before. We also had to check into our condo for the week, so wanted to allow time for that.

 

 

 

Day 2 was spent at EPCOT. It was a wonderfully warm day! However Corbin caught the bug today and wasn't feeling well. The day was again cut a little shorter than we had thought due to little ones not feeling well, but we still had fun and took in some great attractions.

Corbin loved meeting the characters (as did Belle), but Jack refused to even get out of the stroller for most of them. He had a select few he would meet.

Jack staying cool at the Cool Mist Coca-Cola Station. He wasn't too found of it when he found out it misted water on him. Not sure what he thought it was going to do.

Jack did like having his picture taken with some of the topiaries that they had out getting ready for the flower and garden festival.



 

 

 

 

 



Isabella is 9 months...and 8 months...and 7 months

Isabella is 9 months old, and all those others! As I had my boys birthdays the last two months and I can only post once a month (just kidding, but it seems that way!) I will just post all three together!

 

Miss Belle is now on the go, she has mastered crawling and will get into anything that she can find or was left out! She likes stairs (so we know have a gate up), she has also found the floor lamp and has pulled it over on several occasions already.

 

She is standing up and pulling herself up on everything. She thinks she should be able to walk, but does not have the balance figure out yet, although I'm not sure it will take long, she can stand longer by herself every day.

 

She likes to feed herself, but she still eats baby food most of the times, so that I make sure she is getting the nutrition that she needs. She also has 3 teeth now, but I'm sure more are on the way!

 

She continues to amaze us with all she is learning daily. And keep your eyes open on etsy as she has been modeling now stop lately and may even pop up in a few other places if you watch close enough!

Jack turns 5!

Yesterday my original baby turned 5! I can't believe that 5 years have past since I became a mom. Jack has filled our life with lots of smiles, laughter and some serious thought at times! (He can already back us into a corner with his questions and statements, and he doesn't forget ANYTHING!) There is no fooling this kid!

Corbin turns 3!

Corbin is 3 today! I can't believe he is this old already! He is turning into an adorable and energetic little guy. Last week we had a Toy Story party for him. (I'll post later on the party) For now I just wanted to wish my little guy a very Happy Birthday!

 



6 Months

Isabella has now reached the 6 month mark! It's hard to believe that she has been with us that long!

She is now sitting like an old pro and only on occasion falls over. Mostly when her brothers run past her in the opposite direction that she is facing. (which they do a lot!) She has started eating 3 meals of food a day. She has tried carrots, squash, sweet potatoes, green beans and peas and she LOVES them all. She cries when the food is gone almost every time! Jack is enjoying picking which food she will get to try next (he can't wait for the fruit!) He likes to line them all up and look at what she is able to eat.

She surprised us today by drinking out of a sippy cup that one of the boys had filled with lemonade. I guess it's time to pick up a few of those for her too!

She has also become a momma's girl and will be perfectly content with anyone else and then see me walk by and she will start to whimper or cry. Although this warms my heart greatly, it can make for getting things done a little trickier!

She had a modeling assignment that she got a "It's my 1/2 Birthday!" shirt, so I made her a cake to have in the photos. She loved to put her fingers in the frosting, but to my surprise she didn't once put her fingers in her mouth and try it! I was happy about that, but hope at her cake smash shoot at 1 year she will dig in!

5 Months Old

Belle is 5 months, well really she's almost 6 months, but with the chaos that surrounds our house (mostly good chaos) I don't get a lot of time to blog! I will attempt to be better at this, as well as blogging about the boys. There have been several comments about the fact that it seems I only have one child these days! I do what I can people!

Belle is now a master roller, which means almost everything needs to be up off the floor or it will find its way into her mouth. Jack does pretty well with this, Corbin on the other hand could care less! We're working hard on this before we find ourselves on a trip to the ER. I fully expect to visit there again, but I'm sure it will be because Corbin (the monkey) will need stitches or a cast on something. Not for miss Belle!

My grandma used to say if I had a tail I would be a monkey and I feel the same about Corbin!

Belle finally had her 4 month check up, only a month and a half late. She is in the 97th percentile for height and head size and the 60th for weight. She now weighs 16lbs. 11oz. Somewhere I have written that she weighed 17 lbs last month, so clearly I don't know how to use our scale. This could mean two things, I'm so sleeper deprived I can't read the numbers properly or I really weigh less then what my scale says! I hope it's the latter! 

That's right I'm sleep deprived! Miss Belle has decided to ditch the sleeping through the night idea and get up several times :( She is currently eating oatmeal 2 times a day, and will soon be adding another meal as well as some veggies! She's growing a little more each day, and has currently said "ma ma". Another check mark on her bucket list!
